Luxury fragrance lovers are already talking about the newest launch from Jean Paul Gaultier.
The iconic fashion house is entering the ultra-premium perfume market with a brand-new collection called Les Ateliers Gaultier, featuring six high-end fragrances inspired by couture fashion and rare ingredients.

Each perfume will cost around €260 ($300) for a 100ml bottle, positioning the line among the most exclusive niche fragrances in the luxury beauty industry.

According to reports from WWD, the higher pricing allows the brand to use rare raw materials and collaborate with world-famous perfumers to create more artistic and sophisticated scents.
The collection includes six unique fragrances:
- Rose Palace featuring Damascus rose and black sesame
- French Oud with fresh citrus notes
- Cuir 1976 inspired by leather and chestnut
- Musc Terrible blending musk, vanilla, cinnamon, and pepper
- Ambre Tatouage with amber and fig accords
- Santal Paname combining sandalwood and black currant
The perfume bottles were designed with a retro couture aesthetic inspired by the brand’s fashion archives, complete with metallic details resembling atelier pins and luxury tailoring elements.

The collection will first launch in Paris before expanding to Europe, the Middle East, and international travel retail stores.
Experts say demand for ultra-luxury niche fragrances continues to grow as shoppers increasingly search for unique signature scents instead of mainstream perfumes.
