No Plastic Surgery or Botox: 93-Year-Old Joan Collins Stuns With Her Toned Figure…

Hollywood legend Joan Collins looked every bit the timeless icon as she relaxed at her luxurious Saint-Tropez villa, dazzling in an elegant white dress adorned with sparkling diamonds.

Even in her nineties, the legendary actress continues to turn heads with her grace, confidence, and remarkable appearance, proving that true glamour never goes out of style.

Now 93 years old, the Dynasty star appears to have discovered a formula that has allowed her to age naturally while maintaining incredible vitality. During her extended summer vacation on the French Riviera, Collins proudly showed off her toned physique while soaking up the sun beside her swimming pool in a stylish swimsuit.

Later, she enjoyed the breathtaking sunset with her close friend Julian Clary, wearing a vibrant striped kaftan that perfectly matched the colorful Mediterranean evening.

For decades, fans have wondered how Joan Collins has managed to preserve such a youthful appearance. While many celebrities openly discuss cosmetic procedures or anti-aging treatments, Collins has consistently insisted that her secret has nothing to do with plastic surgery or injectable treatments.

In fact, she has repeatedly stated that she has never undergone cosmetic surgery and only tried Botox once many years ago, an experience she says she disliked immediately.

“I had Botox only once, years ago, and I hated it,” Collins has explained. “I’m an actress. My face needs to move and express emotions. I couldn’t imagine losing that ability.”

Instead of relying on cosmetic procedures, Collins believes the key to longevity is moderation, discipline, and learning how the body’s needs change with age. One of her strongest beliefs is that people simply eat too much as they grow older.

According to the actress, by the age of 50, a person should consume roughly half the amount of food they ate at 25. By the time they reach 75, portions should be reduced even further.

“I only eat about one quarter of what I used to eat when I was 25,” she revealed. “I plan to live to 100, so I take care of myself every single day.”

Her advice is refreshingly straightforward. Rather than following strict or trendy diets, she recommends simply eating smaller portions and stopping before feeling completely full. Collins often says she leaves half of the food on her plate instead of forcing herself to finish every meal.

When she needs to lose a few pounds quickly to fit into one of her favorite dresses before an event, Joan relies on a simple three-day meal plan consisting mainly of boiled eggs and broccoli. While she doesn’t recommend extreme dieting as a lifestyle, she says this method has worked for her whenever she needed quick results.

Her everyday eating habits focus on nutritious whole foods. Collins enjoys eating one avocado every day because it provides healthy fats and fiber, both of which support overall health. She also takes vitamin C, vitamin E, and Omega-3 supplements as part of her wellness routine.

Despite her disciplined lifestyle, Collins doesn’t believe in depriving herself of life’s pleasures.

“I don’t overeat, but I don’t torture myself with restrictions either,” she has said. “I can enjoy a glass of wine, dessert, toast, or coffee with sugar. Everything is fine as long as it’s in moderation.”

She is also quick to acknowledge that genetics have played a role in her youthful appearance.

“I think I’ve simply been lucky with my genes,” she admits.

Exercise has remained an important part of Joan Collins’ life for many decades, although her routine has naturally evolved over time. During her younger years, she loved dancing until dawn in nightclubs and staying active through a busy social life. Later, she embraced Pilates and regular gym workouts to maintain her strength and flexibility.

However, after experiencing periods of stress and nervous tension several years ago, Collins decided to adopt a gentler fitness routine that better suited her body.

Today, she spends around 30 minutes every day doing physical therapy exercises and light workouts that help keep her energized without placing unnecessary strain on her joints. Swimming has also become one of her favorite forms of exercise, allowing her to stay fit while protecting her body.

Perhaps most impressively, Collins continues to stretch regularly and has maintained extraordinary flexibility. She has proudly revealed that she is still capable of performing the splits, something many people decades younger would struggle to achieve.

Beyond diet and exercise, Joan places enormous importance on skincare. She believes protecting the skin throughout life is one of the greatest investments a person can make.

“Take care of your skin,” she advises. “And never leave the house without makeup.”

Although many beauty experts today promote cosmetic enhancements, fillers, and various anti-aging procedures, Collins remains outspoken in her opposition to these treatments.

“So many people assume I’ve had countless operations,” she says. “Let me tell you the truth. No Botox, no fillers, no fat injections.”

She has even criticized the growing popularity of cosmetic procedures among middle-aged women.

“Honestly, when I see women over 40 doing these things to themselves, I feel horrified,” Collins admitted. “My face shows that I’ve aged naturally. I have wrinkles. I have the normal changes that come with getting older.”

At the same time, she isn’t afraid to express confidence in the way she looks.

“When I see people my own age,” Collins joked, “I think, ‘My God, I look incredibly good.’”

Joan Collins’ philosophy isn’t built around chasing eternal youth. Instead, it focuses on accepting the natural aging process while taking care of the body through sensible eating, regular movement, healthy habits, and confidence. Her remarkable appearance at 93 continues to inspire millions, proving that elegance, self-care, and moderation may be the most powerful beauty secrets of all.
